Having moved to Switzerland at the age of 17, Jorge earned three federal diplomas (CFC): chef, pastry chef-confectioner, and baker. It was during his pastry apprenticeship that he discovered his calling: chocolate. Quickly, his talent and creativity set him apart in this exceptional field.
